Low Interest Loans for Lee Flood Victims

Strine’s Heating and Air Conditioning reminds York County residents who suffered damage during Tropical Storm Lee that Keystone HELP is offering low interest loans (up to 4% lower than standard) on high efficiency heating and air conditioning equipment.

Work must be performed by an approved Keystone HELP contractor such as Strine’s and applications must be received by December 14, 2011.

Interest rates for qualifying stand-alone heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems are 4.99% and 3.99% for ENERGY STAR and Advanced Performance projects, respectively. Keystone HELP also offers low interest loans for replacing windows, doors and insulation damaged by Tropical Storm Lee.

Residents of the following central Pennsylvania counties are eligible: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York. Lee-related damage in York County reached $2.9 million.
