Tune-up Rebate Available, Too!
Here’s your chance to save money through increased HVAC efficiency.
Air conditioning system tune-ups performed between April 1, 2011 and May 31, 2013 are eligible for a FirstEnergy tune-up rebate amount of $60 (or $75 if an electronically commutated motor fan is replaced as part of the tune-up).
To obtain a rebate for a tune-up performed by Strine’s, send an email requesting your HVAC Tune-up Rebate application, or call 755-4127 for more information.
As part of Act 129 of 2008, Pennsylvania’s seven largest electric utilities are required to reduce electricity consumption and peak demand. The HVAC Tune-up Rebate Program is one of several energy efficiency programs implemented by FirstEnergy to meet Act 129 requirements.

Also covered under 25D, 30% of the cost with no upper limit on solar module installation.
